Regular Priced Merchandise
RETURNS
You can receive a full refund within 30 days from the shipping date or store credit on an eGift Card within 45 days from the shipping date. After 45 days, we will no longer accept returns. Once your return is received, please allow for approximately 7-10 business days for us to approve your return for a refund or for store credit.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges at this time. You may still "exchange" a product with another by returning the first item and then placing a new order for the second.

Sale Merchandise
RETURNS
• Sale items marked with a discount less than 50% can be returned for store credit on an eGift Card if returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.
• Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater are final sale.
EXCHANGES
We are not able to offer exchanges for any sale products. You may however use our return policy above to recieve store credit and place a new order.

How to Mail Back a Return:
• Fill out the Return Request Form at the bottom of this page, and once approved, follow the instructions in the next section.
• If you are returning items from multiple orders, please contact us at service@etiennefontaine.com to set up your return. If you are returning items from one single order, please complete our Return Request Form. We will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
Once your return is approved, the instructions below apply:
• Ensure that the product(s) being returned is/are unused, unopened (with their original seal), and include all labelling. Please also ensure that there is no cosmetic damage to the product(s). Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the merchandise being returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense. If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact our concierge team at service@etiennefontaine.com to file a claim.
• Please reference the appropriate carrier website for hours of operation and accessible return drop off locations. Pack and ship your return with the shipping label provided, following the instructions outlined in your return confirmation email. A return postage fee of CA$14.95 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund.
• Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 7 days of your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt email. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we'll e-mail you and let you know.

Order Cancellation:
Did you the Submit Order button before you were ready? We’ll do our best to help. During Étienne Fontaine service hours only, you have up to 120 minutes from the time you click Submit Order to cancel it by emailing us at service@etiennefontaine.com.
